Beef Quality Assurance Program

The Latest BQA News!

“Beef Quality Assurance is a pre-harvest supply chain management concept that ensures domestic and international beef consumers enjoy ready access to a safe, wholesome and healthy beef supply.” www.BQA.org

The Western Regional BQA Program comprises partners from 12 western states to provide a core curriculum for Beef Quality Assurance trainers and producers. Who is this program for? All segments of the industry including cow/calf, feedlot, dairy, veal, and non-fed beef producers can benefit from this program.

Food safety and quality are the most important consumer benefits of a quality assurance program.

Although a core curriculum is available, individual states have added some other information. For a look at your state’s specific program, select Quality Assurance by State.
